OLISEMEKA OBI (Chief Operations Officer of Ike Ude Foundation IIUF)

Olisemeka Obi, the Chief Operations Officer of the Ike Ude Foundation (IUF), is a chartered Strategic Communicator and Public Relations practitioner, Business Development Consultant, Entrepreneur, and Trainer. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations. 

He spent nearly a decade with the Nigerian Federal Civil Service before going into private practice. He had at various times served as Editor and Managing Editor to various magazines and Newspapers in Nigeria. His journalism sojourn saw him cover many local and international events.  

 

He is a gifted Public Speaker and trainer with extraordinary insight, especially in the areas of vision setting and personal and business development. He is in high demand as a speaker at conferences and seminars within and outside Nigeria.

 

His consulting experience cuts across various sectors of the economy, including but not limited toeducation, sports, Economy, entertainment, transportation, and logistics. He has devoted a lot of his time to helping young people in setting up Small & medium-scale enterprises

 

Aside from being the Managing Partner of Glorygate Communications Network, a Strategic Communication and Business Development Company based in Lagos, he also serves in a few non-profit organizations.

 

Oliseh's passion is seeing people empowered intellectually. He got married to his wife Tina in 2001, and they are blessed with three adult children: Chimamaka, Chimdike, and Chimamanda.

Uche Ezeoha (Manager)

Engr Ezeoha Uchenna Martins is a distinguished environmental researcher and engineer based in Nigeria. Born in Enugu on June 10, 1984, he has built an impressive academic foundation in environmental sciences. His educational journey includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, followed by a Master's in Environmental Management.

He is currently pursuing his Doctorate degree in Environmental and Health Risk Assessment at the prestigious University of Nigeria. As a passionate researcher, Engr Martins focuses on environmental sustainability and agricultural development. His hands-on approach to agricultural activities complements his academic work, providing practical insights to his research. 

Beyond his professional achievements, he is a devoted family man, married with two children, and actively participates in community development initiatives. His work continues to inspire the next generation of environmental scientists and engineers in Nigeria.

Engr Martins serves as a key leader at the Foundation, where he oversees project implementation, drives innovation initiatives, and manages facility maintenance. His strategic oversight ensures the successful execution of the Foundation's day to day operations.

Kingsley Ifebuche (Librarian)

Achilefu Ifebuche Kingsley is an accomplished arts educator and writer dedicated to nurturing young creative talent. As the Coordinator of the Theater Art and Film Academy (IUF-TAFA) program at the Ike Udeh Foundation, he leads initiatives focused on developing artistic skills in youth.

In his role, Kingsley specializes in mentoring children and teenagers in creative writing and dramatic arts. His expertise lies in cultivating young talent through personalized guidance, helping students explore and excel in various forms of literary expression. Through his leadership, the IUF-TAFA program has become a vital platform for artistic development and creative education.

Kingsley's approach combines hands-on instruction with theoretical knowledge, ensuring students gain both practical skills and deep understanding of their chosen literary fields. His work continues to inspire the next generation of writers, actors, and creative artists.

Ifebuche Kingsley has written his first book Difficult To Believe, a novel for young adults, which is soon to be published!

Chioma Uzendu (Teacher)

Chioma Emilia Uzendu is a Health Education professional currently serving at the State Ministry of Health in Enugu-State. With a Bachelor's degree in Health Education and extensive experience as a counselor, she brings valuable expertise in empathy and child development to her role.

In 2022, she joined forces with Ike Udeh after learning about his vision to foster a love for reading among underprivileged children while helping them develop their talents. Driven by her passion for children's welfare, she eagerly became part of this meaningful initiative.

As a counselor at The Ike Udeh Foundation (IUF), Chioma finds deep fulfillment in nurturing young minds and contributing to their educational journey. Her commitment to serving youth and her empathy for others make her an invaluable member of the foundation's team.

Okoye Chinonyerem Destiny (teacher)

Okoye Chinonyerem Destiny is an educator from Nkanu Local Government Area in Enugu State, Nigeria. She holds an O-level certificate (Ordinary Level, equivalent to a secondary school completion certificate in Nigeria). Passionate about early childhood education, she currently serves as a teacher at the Ike Udeh Foundation.

Happiness Nnaji (Teacher)

Nnaji Happiness Ada Chukwu is a Nigerian education professional and international relations expert based in Enugu State. She has built a career bridging international affairs and education.

Mrs. Nnaji holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from the University of Applied Sciences and Management in Porto-Novo, Republic of Benin, which she completed in 2006. Further pursuing her passion for education, she earned a Professional Diploma in Education (PDE) from Enugu State College of Education (Technical) in 2017.

As a married Christian woman, she brings both her international relations background and educational expertise to her professional work. Her dual qualifications in international relations and education position her uniquely to understand and address global educational perspectives while maintaining strong local connections in Nigeria.

Cherish Uzendu (Teacher)

Cherish Enyi-Uzendu is an accomplished educator and graduate of Federal Government College Enugu (FGCE). Currently serving as a dedicated teacher at the Ike Udeh Foundation (IUF), she brings her lifelong passion for education to inspire and nurture young minds.

Throughout her early years, Ms. Enyi-Uzendu demonstrated a natural aptitude for teaching and mentorship. Despite facing initial challenges in finding teaching opportunities, her determination remained unwavering. In 2022, she joined the Ike Udeh Foundation, where she has since flourished as an integral member of the educational team.

At IUF, she combines her academic background with innovative teaching methods to create engaging learning experiences. Her commitment to education and student development has made her a valued member of the foundation's teaching staff.

Eze Chinedu Kenneth (Teacher)

Eze Chinedu Kenneth is from Enugu state in Udi local government area.

He graduated from Army Day Secondary School in Enugu State, Nigeria, where he served as the school deputy senior prefect. During his time there, he distinguished himself by receiving an award for best dancer while maintaining academic excellence

Kenneth currently volunteers at the Ike Udeh Foundation (IUF), where he finds fulfillment in providing free education to less privileged children. His passion for teaching shines through as he helps create a safe and nurturing learning environment. He takes great satisfaction in seeing children's faces light up when they grasp new concepts. Kenneth considers his role at IUF to be both an honor and the most rewarding teaching experience of his career.

Angel Chinwa Enyi-Uzendu (Part-time Teacher)

Angel Chinwa Enyi-Uzendu is an 18-year-old student at the University of Nigeria, hailing from Ezeagu local government in Enugu state, Nigeria. Her university education is made possible through the generous sponsorship of the Ike Udeh Foundation (IUF).

Demonstrating her commitment to community service, Angel currently serves as a part-time teacher at the IUF Life Center library. This role allows her to give back to society and support the educational development of others in her community.

Angel is deeply grateful for the opportunities provided by the IUF and considers their support a life-changing blessing. She continues to express her gratitude through both her academic dedication and community service work, while maintaining hope for the foundation's continued success in supporting other students like herself.

Cletus Chinagotom (Volunteer)

Dike Chinagorom Cletus hails from Abia State, Nigeria, where he developed his passion for both engineering and the arts. After completing his secondary education with distinction, he pursued higher studies at the prestigious Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu, earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

As a multi-talented professional, Dike has successfully built parallel careers in the entertainment industry. His work as a musician showcases his creative abilities through engaging performances and original compositions. As a Master of Ceremonies (MC), he brings his natural charisma and professional approach to various events, creating memorable experiences for his clients.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Dike demonstrates a strong commitment to community service through his volunteer work with IUF (International Unity Foundation). This role allows him to pursue his passion for social impact, focusing particularly on initiatives that improve children's lives through education and support programs. His engineering background, combined with his artistic talents and dedication to community service, makes him a unique individual who bridges the technical and creative worlds while making a positive impact on society.

Emma Ibe (Volunteer)

Ibeh Emmanuel Ekenedirichukwu, known professionally as "Swagger", is a promising 19-year-old footballer from Aninri local government area in Enugu state, Nigeria. A graduate of the prestigious College of the Immaculate Conception Enugu, Emmanuel is currently developing his football career with Rangers International Academy.

As a dedicated athlete focused on advancing in professional football, Emmanuel combines his sporting pursuits with community service through his active involvement with the Ike Udeh Foundation. His commitment to both athletic excellence and community development demonstrates his well-rounded character and dedication to making a positive impact in his community.

At Rangers International Academy, Emmanuel is honing his skills and working towards his dream of becoming a professional footballer. His progress at the academy marks an important step in his emerging career in Nigerian football.

Mary-Jane Chiamaka Nwobodo (Volunteer)

Mary-Jane Chiamaka Nwobodo is a dedicated science professional and education advocate from Enugu state, Nigeria. She holds a degree in Science Laboratory Technology with a specialization in Biochemistry from the prestigious Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu state.

As a committed volunteer at the Ike Udeh Foundation (IUF), Mary-Jane plays a vital role in promoting childhood literacy and education. Her passion lies in leveraging the foundation's resources to create engaging learning experiences that combine her scientific expertise with children's natural curiosity about the world.

Bako Samuel Ishaya (Security)

Samuel Ishaya serves as the Chief Security Officer at the Ike Udeh Foundation (IUF) in Enugu State, Nigeria. Originally from Kaduna state, he relocated to Enugu to pursue his career in security services.

In his role at IUF, which he has held for over eighteen months, Samuel has developed a deep appreciation for philanthropic work and community service. His position has provided him with valuable insights into the importance of giving back to the community by maintaining the safety and security of the foundation's operations.

Through his dedication to his role, Samuel has become an integral part of the IUF team, helping to ensure the smooth operation of the foundation's various community initiatives and outreach programs.
